National Fitness Week

At Clarendon Lodge we know that getting active is one of the best ways to improve your physical and mental wellbeing and we are excited to be celebrating one year since the launch of Clarendon Lodge Medical Practice Fitness Club. It has been a great year despite the challanges COVID19 has thrown our way. We have managed to grow what we now offer through the club and look to develop this further in the future. 

This year instead of a fitness day we are offering a whole week of exciting taster sessions. There are a variety of activities specifically chosen to incorporate all levels & types of activity. These include our walking group, nordic walking sessions with Mick Hurrell, personal trainer for the over 50s, bhangra dancing and yoga in the Park with Marc Tran. As well as the opportunity to attend our newly launched run talk run, a weekly 5km walk jog or run with the aim of getting the community together to support each other with mental wellbeing.
