Our front of house staff are the face of the practice and a large part of their role is ensuring that our patients get to the right service as quickly are possible.  As our team expands to include pharmacists, physiotherapist, social prescribers, dieticians and so on, the role of what we called a Medical Receptionist has become more complex.

The role involves navigating our patients to the right care.  With this in mind, we have renamed our Medical Receptionists, Care Navigators.  We feel this better reflects the growing complexity and nature of the role.
