The Friends & Family Test (FFT) is a way for patients to give feedback about their experience of our service. After having had an appointment they will receive a text message asking them to rated the service and to leave a comment.
This information is collating into a monthly report and shared with our staff and Patient Participation Group (PPG). Our PPG are currently working on analysing the data to identify any feedback trends. This will result in an action plan based on common themes.
