How do I book an appointment?
For non-urgent medical queries, we have a selection of online forms to help us gather all relevant information to help you efficiently. These can be accessed via our homepage including contraception, prescriptions/medication and fit notes.
You can book a GP or Nurse appointment using the below methods:

Please note: We run an on the day triage model to ensure we maintain a good level of access for our patients. Therefore, you will not be able to book in advance for a GP appointment over the phone. However, if you are using an online service, you can to book an appointment from 6pm on the previous day, up to four days in advance. Note that there are only a limited number of slots available for pre-booking.
Is there another Clinician that would be better suited to help with my medical issue?
At Clarendon Lodge, we have a team of clinicians including nurses, physiotherapists and pharmacists who are specially trained in a variety of conditions who may be more suited to help you with your medical issues. They often have enhanced skills and more time allocated to support you with specific needs, this could include dressing changes, medication alterations and injury rehabilitation for example. We will always ask for some details about the reason for your appointment so that we can allocate the most appropriate clinician for your health concern.
For a wide range of more common ailments, you may also find it more appropriate and convenient to visit a local Pharmacy. You can request an appointment with us or drop-in to the Pharmacy of your choice.
You can also arrange a number of appointments with a wide range of community teams which can be accessed WITHOUT A GP referral/appointment. For example addiction services, eye care, carer support. View a full list of services here.
