Grab your trainers/walking shoes because in this session we explore the vital role physical activity plays in keeping us both physically & mentally healthy. Our trained UK athletic coaches will help identify an exercise program for you & help integrate you into our established free fitness club. You may feel that you are unable to undertake exercise due to physical or mental health barriers but there are often many different forms which can be done as long as you keep an open mind and are prepared to try something new. We try where weather allows to do the session outside and have as much fun as possible!

Research completed by Ivo Gormley (Founder of GoodGym) demonstrated that people found it far easier to talk about difficult conversations when running. They were able to open up quickly even to strangers. Running strips away many inhibitions, allowing them to answer directly & honestly. Our weekly run & walk has been going on since 2019 & has been a huge success. We have different paces for all abilities and our slowest walk group is designed for those with multiple health conditions & the use of mobilty aids so please come along on a Monday @1820 to join our community.
