Mental Health Support
CLMP Lifestyle & Fitness for your health
CLMP supports the running of local fitness groups including free, community-based walking, running, and swimming groups to support both physical and mental wellbeing. Regular physical activity is proven to reduce stress, ease symptoms of anxiety and depression, and improve overall mood. These friendly, inclusive sessions are open to all fitness levels and provide a safe, supportive environment to connect with others while staying active. Whether you prefer a gentle walk, a sociable jog, or a relaxing swim, joining one of our groups can be a positive step towards better mental health and a healthier lifestyle.

Physical Activity
Grab your trainers/walking shoes because in this session we explore the vital role physical activity plays in keeping us both physically & mentally healthy. Our trained UK athletic coaches will help identify an exercise program for you & help integrate you into our established free fitness club. You may feel that you are unable to undertake exercise due to physical or mental health barriers but there are often many different forms which can be done as long as you keep an open mind and are prepared to try something new. We try where weather allows to do the session outside and have as much fun as possible!

If you struggle to leave the house we have 2 chair based exercise videos for you to use.
