Holiday Medication Letter Request

In the majority of cases you will be able to travel with your medicines abroad with no issues. For certain medications and on certain airlines they may request a letter from your prescriber prior to travel.

There is a charge for providing this service as it is not covered by the NHS. Please see Non-NHS Services for current pricelist and more information. Payment can be made by cash or card at the surgery.

We will start to process your form as soon as payment has been received. It will then take up to 14 working days to complete. Please DO NOT call before 14 working days as you will not receive a status update from reception or the administrative team.

Any symptom queries or request for appointments via this form will be discarded. If you are NOT a registered patient then your form will be discarded.
