Friends and Family Test

The Friends & Family Test (FFT) is a way for patients to give feedback about their experience of our service.  After having had an appointment the patient will receive a text message asking them to rate the service and to leave a comment.

This information is collated into a monthly report and shared with our staff and Patient Participation Group (PPG).  Our PPG works on analysing the data to identify any feedback trends, resulting in an action plan based on common themes.
